Good Day Chris,

We apologize for the delayed response.

Following our discussions via email, you can contact our call center on ***and request to be transferred to the supervisor on duty, as we are a contact center we don't have direct numbers to provide for you to call on. We have noted that you have mentioned that you live on a farm and the only reliable communication is via email.

Referring to our Terms and Conditions which are available via our website; www.citiqprepaid.co.za, "5.4 We will never be liable for any costs, losses, or damages you suffer or incur in relation to, 5.4.4 incorrect tariffs set for your meter;"

Kindly note that it is the owner's responsibility to provide us with the latest council bill or prepaid slips in order for us to ensure that the tariff is set correctly.

Clause 3.5 also states "You must give us the electricity and/or water tariff of the property and make sure that we implement the annual tariff changes. You must ensure that the rates do not exceed any regulated or approved tariffs that apply to the property."

We trust that the above provides clarity. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
