Shocking exploitation of paying consumers

Citiq implemented a 59 % increase in Electricity cost since 21 October 2019. We bought R200 on 21 October 2019 an d received 2x R100 units 50.8 and 48.8. Already a discrepancy of 2.00. Electricity of R200 was bought on 1 October 2019 and received 2x R100's Units 50.8 and 50.8. Not understandable why only R100 can be bought at any one stage. Then yesterday we bought R200 again and received a shocking R100 units 29.9 and R100 units 29.9. A shocking 29.90 unites less in one week. Token numbers *** and ***. Please explain this increase, as according to NERSA there was no negotiations that approved unilateral increase in electricity tariffs. This matter is being referred tn NERSA, Solidariteit and all the News papers. It is a shocking exploitation of paying customers. Petro Rossouw cell ***
