Service, What Service?

I am appalled at the service of Citiq. I have been calling this whole week, no answer, when i do get through, lines drop

whatsapp service, no one replies on there.

email, Ive sent plenty over the last 3 weeks and not a single reply.

No wonder we want to move our meters over to another service Provider
