The unit I am renting from was recently installed with Citiq prepaid metre box, in just 6 days I have bought electricity worth R550. I am charged R3. 60 per kw/h of which is very ridiculous and a *******. It is just 2 adults in my home using a gas heater and have cooked only 3 times in the 6 days of installation but have used so much money, thats absurd
