Rip-off company - don't ever use them

This company completely rips people off!! Due to their ridiculous fees, Im forced to look for another place after only 3weeks living here. I paid R2.94 per unit on the 1st of Feb (only bought 200), now topped up with R100 and paying R3.42 per unit!! This is double what Eskom and my municipality charges! Rip-off!

And don't send me a link to "how our fees work" because even with those fees, you are over charging.

Ive told the landlord to get rid of Citiq and use someone else for the prepaid because it's ridiculous. Will NEVER recommend anyone to use Citiq.
