Hello anneke1meagen,

Dear Anneke

Thank you for your comment. I hope that we change your experience and make you a happy client!

It is important to note that Citiq Prepaid does not set the electricity tariff for your prepaid meter.

The owner of the property where you reside instructs us to set the tariff based on what he or she pays for each kWh to Eskom or the local municipality.

If you could let me have your meter number, I will gladly check if the tatiff has been correctly set for your meter. Note that when you purchase a token, there is also a 9.25% fee that covers the cost of token issuance and the recovery of the funds back to the Owner of the property.

Kind regards
Simon
