11 Aug 2025, 08:28Dear Mona,
Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. We apologise for the frustration and inconvenience that this situation may have caused you.
As per our discussions with you, we would like to confirm that your particular municipality is on a block tariff structure. This would mean that the more water is used the higher the price would be. It is also important to note that municipal rates did increase recently, for the year 2025. Unfortunately combining these factors would lead to higher rates charged by the municipality to the end user.
As the tenant we also advise that you discuss this in more detail with the owner of the property for additional clarity and understanding.
If you do need any additional support or guidance please reach out to us immediately.
Warm Regards,
Citiq Managment
