prepaid meter

I bought a couple of prepaid meters from Citiq Prepaid and install these meters as sub-meters in my flats. With this electricity reprogramming, I have been contacting them by email, whatsapp and telephone with no results. Nobody is answering on my calls, text or emails and we are without electricity.
