Prepaid Meter Blocked

We have come home this evening to an unfortunate situation of having no water. We are on a prepaid system with CitiPrepaid. On contacting them we were advised that the account has been blocked by the landlord.

Is this Legal??????

Contacting the Rental Tribunal for further advise.

Hi DV Naidoo, we urge you to speak to your landlord/property owner to assist you with the unblocking of the meter as Citiq Prepaid did not block the meter.
