Please answer my email. Why can't I report power outages to eskom due to invalid meter?
Please can someone answer my email about why I have an invalid prepaid meter number that eskom rejects so I can't report power outages to eskom?

As discussed telephonically, in order to report power outages on the Eskom website you need to use the main meter number, you should be able to get this from your landlord or body corporate.
The Citiq Prepaid Sub Meters are not registered on Eskom's platforms therefore you will receive the invalid meter error.
