Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Bought a token via eft on the 24th Sept, sent then proof of payment. They didn't help. Kept emailing still nothing. Then 4 days later I called and then instead of sorting out the transferred me. 4 days is too long to wait for a token. Ridiculous!
