Nonsensical tariffs

I have been trying to figure out why citiq electricity units are extremely lower than those of Eskom. After doing the math and being on their website I found out that I am being receiving way less than I should for my tariffs

I contacted the head office and they asked that I send them my meter since then they disappeared. No one is helping or explaining why I only get 39,20 units for R100 electricity whereas it should be getting more. If one unit is R1,24 then why am I getting 39,20 units

Someone should explain this and refund me for all my purchases since January

Hi Sefularo

We've put together a helpful explanation of the breakdown of tariffs, this can be viewed here - https://www.citiqprepaid.co.za/faq/#does-all-my-money-go-into-purchasing-units. For more information about your tariffs, we encourage you to speak to your landlord.
