No service from Citiq Prepaid

This supposed to be service provider deserves a minus zero for customer service! We recently built two units and have to register the units so that we can buy electricity but the useless people working at this company are not responsible to any of my emails nor responding to any of my phone calls. I honestly don't know what to do. Citiq Prepaid is Pathetic!!!
