No resolution at any day

I have a tenant in the yard and it's been really a struggle with this citiq meter I have been calling and also escalating this on WhatsApp with no proper resolution this meter had been a problem from day one honestly and now it's affecting the meter in the house because it's taking both the electricity from the house and in the room and I do the clear tamper codes still don't get any resolution to this at all I'm really not ok because my tenants are my only source of income and if they leave I'm unemployed and my kids looking up to this money yet nothing seems to be working
