No care for customers

Extremely unprofessional and not customer-oriented. No care for property owners.

Around the 1st of october we had problems with 3 water meters which were not working...after troubleshooting with kyle and others who were helpful for an ENTIRE MONTH finally in november we were told via aphiwe in sales that it will be replaced....on the 20th of november ...spoke to kimera who now says we cant replace with new meters...instead we will offer you 3 refurbished units with no guarantee so if it doesn't work thats my problem...we told them that was not what was promised and communicated to us and asked kimera to get back to us which she never did...no concern for clients...so now I'm sitting with 3 broken meters and no tenants for 3 months because water not connected....
