Mean Call centre agent

I had an issue with my meter box one time, called the service provider I'm using and was referred to citiq as they handling their issues. I got assisted by someone on call centre, he asked for my meter number and when I gave him the number he laughed at me and told me that there is no such meter number. He gave me a lecture that I am educated and I should be able to understand what a meter number is. I had to call city power and was told that citiq won't be able to help you as they are not the ones who give out meter numbers. I am glad that I'm not a customer of citiq prepaid as they laugh at their customers when they need help.
