KRN2 updates unknown status and no feedback

I have sent 4 emails since last week regrding the KRN2 update I have recieved no feedback. I am a tennant and have a sub meter the landlord recieved KRN codes a few months ago. We have not recieved any codes when loading electricity we buy directly on the bank ap. All I need to know is if our meter has been updated or not. No responce.
