INCREASE RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

This Citiq prepaid is really ridiculous. I know the unit pricing is very expensive. So I phoned call centre and they told me purchasing the tokens through Speedway is cheaper and its R2.60 per unit. Today I bought electricity in BULK and now its being charged R2.91 this is really *********** people. How could there be like 31c increase?
