I would like to take a moment to commend Katlego for the outstanding service I received. Out of all the agents I have dealt with over the past few days, Katlego’s service was by far the best. From the very beginning, she was extremely friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. She handled everything quickly and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely smooth and hassle-free. It is very rare to receive this level of customer service these days, and I truly believe she deserves recognition for the excellent work she does. If possible, I would really appreciate it if management could acknowledge her for her professionalism and dedication. Katlego is truly a gem and a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like. Thank you again for such an excellent experience.
