I had a problem with a closed valve,struggled to get a hold of Citiq and was helped by one consultant who was unhelpful until I was helped by Dineo Bolani who was knowledgeable about the problem I had,was patient with me throughout my frustration and followed up with various departments to assist me. She was professional,clear,calm and concise. She really went above and beyond to assist me. It was unfortunate that I encountered this problem but grateful that Dineo was the consultant that I was helped after a poor experience with Citiq. I’m appreciative of her.
