I am a tenant at a residence in Musgrave area and I found the above company electricity rates ridiculous .I have spent over R2000 in electricity vouchers in 25 days. From other users of this service I found that they have the same issues .Ibelieve that the company pays back to the landlord a percentage of the value of purchases made by tenants and they citiq does not inform us as tenants .As a working class person and the current situation in South Africa people find it difficult to makes ends meet.I feel that they CITIQ should be open and inform people of cost involved so that we know .Not hide away from peoplss

We urge you to contact the landlord with regards to the tariff query, unfortunately, the landlord needs to advise us on the rate set for recovery.
The landlord can reach us on ***or alternatively email us at ***. However, should you need further clarity on how our meters work and the costs involved, we are happy to contact you and explain how everything works.
