Horrific Customer Service

Very poor customer service. If I don't follow up regularly, I won't get any feedback. Installed earlier in the year - around Feb, but did not receive my payments for the first two months after which I followed up. Every single time I followed up I was greeted with the same high volumes standard message (it is now +- 3 months later). Was then informed that payments were blocked because: - My name does not appear on the municipality account (it does) - Requesting marriage certificate as two names appear on the municipality account - When I followed up again in a few weeks time I got the same request for a marriage certificate, which clearly indicate that no effort or attention has been granted to my request.
