High unexplainable Rates
Ridiculous!! *******!! **** !!! *****s!! Etc these are the words that comes to my mind when I think of CITIQ. What are you hiding? Why are you unable to provide trensaparency to your customers? Must we involve legal to get all those from you? I but electricity directly from you you are sending the units I bought from you directly to me when im asking for an explanation of those units , you are sending me to the landlord, what are you hiding? I moved in a new complex with 6 units only on the 28 of December, my first prepaid electricity purchase was on the 28th .I bought units for R200 - shock of my life i received 64.1units, which lasted me for 3days I bought another R200 i received another 64.1units , bought another R200 on the 2nd of Jan received 64.1units FOR R600 at citiq I received 192 units . Is it legal to charge R 3.12 per unit ?

The first block is the cheapest price per unit but there is a maximum quantity of how many units you can buy at the cheapest rate i.e. block one. After you've purchased the maximum units from block 1, you will move to block 2, a more expensive rate per unit and so on.
