Having to collect from the collectors is nonsense
Be careful of this company or you may find yourself having to do collections from a company that is supposed to be doing collections for you! I opened an account with these people for an estate property in November. They took the documents provided, opened the account and now they refuse to pay backy refunds, yet they continue to collect and pay themselves every month. Each time I enquire they move the goalpost and want a new set of documents. Citiq kindly close this account immediately and pay back my money, it's been six months now, I don't have time for your dishonest cat and mouse games! Should I not have my money by close of business the 30th April 2026, I shall take further action against you.

We are so sorry to hear about the frustration this matter has caused you.
As per our conversations with you, we have been able to identify what the issue was with the delayed payments. We have since rectified the matter and payments will resume as per normal in the new month. Any monies collected on behalf of owners for the purchase of tokens are kept securely and only paid out once all compliance processes has been completed. The confusion cause with regards to the compliance documents is regrettable.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you .
If you need any other assistance, please reach out to us immediately. We are here to help.
Warm Regards,
Citiq Management
