Happy landlord

<p>Thank you citiq for sorting out my electricity issues. i used to buy R1200 electricity for my four tenants before 2016 tariff increases for my tenants, they were using my electricity so recklessly, they used to tell me that they only cook once or twice a week. To my suprise ever since i installed the meters, i have realised that there is only one tenant that was abusing my electricity and now the bill is so onto her and she keeps on complaining. i was even thinking of raising rent to cover the loss on my side by i thought it was unfair to other tenants.
