Today 29 July 2022 I had a pleasure of being assisted by a very professional employee of Citiq Prepaid called Nomzamo Mtebele.. very professional, very helpful,very willing to go an extra mile to assist in solving the issue. It was a great call and l do not do this everyt8me but l feel it's important to give good feedback to those who deserve it becoz in SA it is hard to get good service or value for your money.
