Good service from Citiq Call Centre

I'm a landlord using Citiq prepaid for a few years - its worked well for me so far. This review, though is for the call centre. Had an issue getting re-registered on the site, and needed help - call centre number answered after about 1.5min; then had quick and efficient help from Ziad and problem sorted. Usually only submit a review when its a negative, in 2022 making a point of also pointing out when there's good service. Keep it up Citiq!
