Faulty prepaid Meter and key pad
On the day of installation the keypad didnt work and it had to be returned to supplier. The next day we connected the new keypad with the meter and loaded 11kl of water worth R500. The use of the keypad is very unfriendly, you must be quick with your fingures otherwise youll be starting over and over.
5 days later the meter closed, when I called I was guided on how to reactivate it then we loaded another voucher which was 200l however literally within seconds the 200l read 35 liters and in less than 5 mins it was down to zero. I loaded another R500 but this time it read 6.6kl and not 11kl like before.
I called again and was told the meter is faulty I must take it back to supplier, i must bear costs again. I refused and they said a call out service will take 48hrs to take back the meter. Ive lost money through their faulty meter & i must still wait the 48hrs
There is no reference number for calls, so when you call you start the conversation again.
