******ION BY LANDLORD - Have I got any Legal rights as the Tennant
I have moved into a new Property as a Tennant and am being charged R5.44 - whereas at the office I work from in the same area I pay R2.06 per unit. On your website you boast of being Affiliated with NURSA, when I queried the rate I was told that the landlord sets the rate. Surely thats ******* especially if it R3,38 per unit thats more than the 8.3% surcharge you charge the landlord for your service.

05 May 2022, 08:28Hi Celia, tariffs are set based on the main meter (municipal/Eskom rates) which is why the landlord would be the one to provide us with the municipal/Eskom bill for us to set the applicable rate. We will be in contact with you to clarify any issues you might have.
