Expensive electricity
Honestly you guys suck and are way too expensive. I just read a review someone bought electricity for R200 and got about 128 units. When i buy R200 electricity i get 62 units. Makes me want to cry. Do you guys hate people so much you could do that. Disgusting honestly

10 Mar 2022, 11:55Hi Lunga, we tried calling the owner and cannot get a hold of the owner, you did specify that the owner has a different number, the tariffs are set based on what the municipality charges the owner and we add an 8.45% excluding Vat and the shops add a 3.45% excluding Vat to set up a tariff for you which you pay per kWh as the tenant. Please can you get the owner of the property to contact us so we can see if the tariffs are correct and that you are being billed correctly, we hope to hear from you soon so we can assist in the best way possible?
