****ed off with citiq prepaid no help whatsoever
The most pathetic service ever.i bought electricity 3 times on 2 different accounts when I'm entering the voucher all says reject we calling citiq prepaid emailing WhatsApp Facebook not a single person is assisting us and our meter is low what is point of being 24/7service and no response on any platform what's the point of that pathetic service
