<p>How is it possible that you can buy R150 of electricity and get 28 units!!!?</p> <p>How can you sleep at nights if you trick poor people like that? </p> <p>You should be ashamed of yourself.</p> <p>Kraaifontein's prepaid electricity's price is R1.10 and R1.78 for over 600 units used. And you charge me R150 for 29 units. </p> <p>I need an explanation for that please.</p> <p> </p>

Please could you provide us with your meter number, so we can check your tariff. It odes indeed sound too high.
Note that we are employed by the Owner of the property where you reside to recover the cost of his/her electricity. The Owners provide us with the tariff based on what they pay Eskom/City of Cape Town. However, I would be happy to check this with your Owner and ensure that the correct tariff has been set.
