Disappointed tenants
This company an the landlord are riping us of straight. The unit price is 1.33 a kw/h an the charging us double the price. With normal prepaid meter box for example R100 gets me 67 kw/h units on citiq meter box I only get 34kw/h units. Where is the rest of the units going to. Why can't they atleast give us 50units. I know it's business but at who's cost.... just lot of people don't know how this company (Citiq prepaid meter)an the landlords are robbing us straight...
