I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Fortunate last week. I had run out of water and there seemed to have been an error with my new water meter number.

Where good customer service is hard to come by – Fortunate really stood out.

She was clam, patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, no matter how many questions I had. She carefully examined all possible solutions, waited on hold when necessary and even provided more than 1 solution to help me. Her professionalism and dedication to ensuring a smooth experience were truly commendable.

I sincerely hope that Fortunate is recognised for going the extra mile, as service like this makes a lasting impact.
