Citiq prepaid water R100 equal 800 liters

Good day. I bought R300 water on 1st of June. I am a single pensioner. Normally it last over 2 months. They don't show the kiloliters anymore. Water was finished by the 23rd June. So on the 23rd, I bought water for R100. I went outside to the meter and it gave me 800 litres for R100 instead of 2000+ liters. Please assist me in clarifying this.

This has been explained to me. The more times you buy water in one month, you fall into a higher bracket and pay more. Thank you Citiq for your prompt response.
