Citiq Prepaid - NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

My power is off fot 5 x days now.Send emails get a reference numbers ,but nobody responds.Phone the customer service everyday from a cellphone and only get a voice message then the phone goes off.Suppose to be 24/7 customer ssupport.
