Citiq prepaid doesn't recharge when units are 0.00units.

Hello, Guys these citiq prepaid meters are faulty, when for some reason like you are not home and units are depleted they can't be recharged. Even the 811 code to load the emergency 10 units doesn't work. That's false advertising,you will need to call an electrician to come and fix it. The electrician told me that there is fuse inside that cuts off power when it reaches 0.00units. With other prepaid companies you just recharge and you are good to go. But with citiq nooo... You must call an electrician who will charge you. Will be switching to another company if this is not sorted out.
