Citiq- most expensive prepaid electricity

I am truly disgusted in your rates on your electricity costs. Currently paying R3.57 per unit. We just moved into a cheaper home. TO SAVE MONEY. But with your rates WE ARE SPENDING MORE. Our average usage on electricity with a geyser on 24/7 and using a electric stove and oven was on 9 units daily. That gives me 270 units a month. We now use a gas stove... even to boil bath water due to your absurd rates. So geyser is on maaaaybe 3 tines amonth. The rest of the time we boil water on the GAS stove to bath. Still our electricity is working out on 300-400 a week... only stuff in our house using electricity is lights(all energy savers/led), 1 small chest freezer, and the kettle that boils max 4 times a day. I have 2 elderly people inmy household and this inconvenience of yourover priced electricity is really getting on my nerves!!!!

I dont see why a tenant has to pay admin/services fees on the property the rent.
