Citiq customer service is horrible
Horrible customer service. I sent documents on Monday, today is Friday I haven't gotten any response. To make matters worse I Keep on sending messages that are being ignored. I should have done my research about them first before buying, right now I wouldn't recommend them and will do extensive research about other alternatives.
