Citiq cheating people with tarrifs.

I pay R2.37 per unit of electricity. No one at citiq can explain why they said i must speak to my landlord. I'm not behind on any oayments or dont owe any money to him. I am a few hundren rand in credit on my rent. I have never used more than 350kWh per month so I am supposed to pay the lowest amount per unit. On citiq's website theres a link to eskoms tarrifs. With citiq's tarrif + eskims tarrif I am supposed to pay R1.28 per unit where I pay R2.37......and now one can explain to me why I have to pay that amount & why my landlord gets payments every month from them. They fowarded his payment statement by accident to me the 1st of October 2018 witch shows exactly the amout of electricity I bought was R700 I got R295.2 units and they deposited R597.75 in my landlords account. How can citiq just make the tarrif higher than what ist supposed to be without anyone being notified and agreeing to it. Someone better explain to me whats going !
