Citiq are ***** and *******

So I live in Klersdorp where the City of Maoltosana tariff schedule states:

Now there is VAT and the Citiq service fee, all which makes sense. but my Base Fare is R2.70 per unit. Citiq's argument on Hello Peter to complaining tenants is the city's tariff, which is Much lower than their base fare, and the Incline block, which is in some cases less than half the Citiq base fare. For instance Citiq charges 113% MORE for the units in block 1 where i live So either Citiq is helping my landlord make a profit *******ly, or they are skimming from the top of why they reimburse my landlord. Either way Citiq is *****ing from the tenants
