Call centre agent amazing service

I had to call in to try to recode my electricity meter and the gentleman I spoke to was soooo incredibly helpful... We tried everything and we were not winning he stayed on the line and assisted me with patience and kindness

I didn't catch his name but he deserves the highest praise
