Beware: Citiq Prepaid's Customer Service is a Nightmare

I had a truly frustrating experience with Citiq Prepaid that I feel compelled to share. Their customer service is virtually non-existent. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp and email, but they never respond. When I finally managed to get through on their phone line, the assistance I received was minimal, and I still didn’t get the information I needed.

It’s incredibly disappointing to deal with a company that seems to have no regard for customer support. I highly recommend staying far away from Citiq Prepaid if you value timely and effective customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look for alternatives that actually prioritize their customers.
