Bad service by citiq prepaid

This company is really bad at providing service I'm a landlord and ended up registering myself as a tenant to get the meter box working I've been loosong tenants as they can't stay In the yard because of the service not being helpful I've purchased so much electricity but no lights even now the yard is using eskoms meter and wen I tell the company about the issue they don't help at and it's really annoying to be pushed back and forth with no help
