They are big ******* they are charging me the normal rate for electricity but giving me less kwh. I changed my box to IMS. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful.

26 Oct 2023, 13:36Dear Mr Rajkumar, please be advised that the tariff is set according to the municipality's tariff which may fluctuate if the tariff is on an Incline Block Tariff (IBT). Our service fee is 8.45% excluding VAT and depending on where you purchase your electricity there is an additional cost by the Channel called Channel fees of 3.45% excluding VAT. These channel fees can be avoided when purchasing electricity using our APP or Web portal. Please provide us with your meter number to allow us to investigate your complaint and your contact details so we can give you a call and explain how your tariff is calculated and how IBT works if you are on this structure.
