10 star service

I don't have enough words to express how grateful l am for the service I got from one of your ambassadors on Friday night . It's a pity her name was a bit difficult for me to remember but she is from Capetown. Despite calling her 10 min before she knocks off, she gave me the best service. She patiently took me through the whole process and made sure everything was resolved. I could tell she is very passionate of what she does. She exceeded my expectations.
