Worst armed response provider
I am very dissatisfied with the poor costumer service I received from this company and based on my experience I would strongly advise that no one take up a contract with CitiProtection. They misrepresented information to me and had me sign a digital contract which bound me for two years, even though I had to buy all the equipment outright, and when I wished to cancel the agreement due to poor service received they held me liable for the full contract amount outstanding. After arguing the fairness of it they offered me a penalty payment of R2694 "as a sign of good will" instead of the full R5388. I cannot stress this enough...NO ONE SHOULD EVER ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THIS DECEIPTFUL COMPANY!!

13 Dec 2024, 09:30It is regretful that this client reverts to Social media and these platforms when the only problem is that this client does not want to pay for repairs to his OWN alarm system which is out of warranty and as such a service call is payable and these rights and obligations are clearly depicted in the agreement. The company has on previous occasions repaired his system free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, whilst out of warranty. This client when not being able to get something free chooses to tarnish the good reputation of the company.
The penalty is as per fixed-term contract the client signed at his own leisure and signed at his own volition, the only ********* thing is the client's unwillingness to give the true facts. The client then in an attempts to try and evade his responsibility in terms of the contract. The contract complies with the CPA and a fair cancellation policy exists and for this reason a settlement amount was calculated and suggested.
