Poor service and useless Alarm System
Good morning<br> <br> This is a complain about the service that we are experiencing at 820 Temba Hammankraal, Rockville.<br> <br> We are really experiencing serious problems with Citi-Protection, firstly the Alarm had been giving us issues and failing for months, the matter was resolved after several times of Technicians coming to the house to come to fix it. Now last week Friday the Alarm went off and there was no one in the House, the office called we told them there is no one they came 3 hours later to come and check the house. After my mother was in the premises and which I believe is unprofessional and not safe for her. This morning at 2am the Alarm went off and there was no one in the house they called as usual as if they will assist us and we told them there is no one around the House they said they will send a car and they did not. I don't know these people sleep or whatever they do but if that's the case they must look for other jobs. We had to drive all the way from Pretoria North to Hammanskraal to come and check what is happening because clearly what we are paying for is in vain. This office has taken note of the clients comments and this office regrets that the client only partially relays the sequence of events and I elaborate:
A basic alarm system without zone descriptions was fitted at premises. The moment the client reported the false alarms this office at no cost fitted a new upgraded alarm panel, keypad at no cost to the client. At this time the client was advised that a PIR was burnt due to power surge or lightning and it was replaced free of charge.
After this the client then complained that he receives no signals, a new radio was installed and tested with the client and problem was resolved.
We hope that this clarifies the matter.
