Stinking attitude

I called Gems whom dispatched a Citimed ambulance for my mom who was complaining about severe headache after her cataract was removed. An ambulance arrived with a white male driver and an african female assistant. Upon arrival the driver didn't greet anyone from the house, didn't probe..didn't even inform the patient of what he'll be doing infact had his nose up in the air the whole time. When my brother asked him which hospital they were taking her? He responded with a very arrogant & cheeky \excuse me\" he simply had a stinking attitude & assumed that the lady will be translating to him, most probably cause he was coming to a township. Do us a favour Citimed & tutor your staff about customer service regardless of the location or race, we were already in distress we didn't need his nonsense. He decided to be a paramedic we didn't chose it for him. If he can't work with people he's in a wrong field of work!! "
