Citibank group, prepaid and Wirecard alike; **** of the Earth!!!!!!

This is the absolute worst bank in existence!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!

They are totally *********** and do not care about their clients.

I have spent an exorbitant about of time and money to try and get a simple bank statement from them, which they refuse to provide me.

There system is outdated and ineffective and their staff is difficult and mediocre, This has been without a doubt the most terrible customer service I have ever received from any company, ever.

I regret the day that I ever chose to invest my money with them. They should be closed at once to prevent other potential clients from falling into their greedy, useless hands.
